I love the way this image captured that feeling of walking to the beach at sunset. The juxtaposition of the cool shady dunes with the warm horizontal light hitting the islands and lighting up the horizon. It was fun to paint the two different colour palates especially at one of New Zealand’s most beautiful places.
Print comes unframed and is 1300mm x 825mm which includes a 50mm white border around each edge.
Prints are rolled in tissue paper and sent in thick cardboard tubes. Prints are couriered via NZ Post which includes courier insurance. It is preferable to frame paper prints as soon as possible.
Hahei Sunset has a limited edition of 100. All prints are numbered and signed.
